Overview

Please inspect the merchandise, it is “Sold As is” and except as noted at time of sale there are no warranties expressed or implied by the seller. At seller's discretion we will replace or refund on the merchandise if it is defective if returned to us in the same condition within 6 months from the date of the invoice. We make no other promise, guarantee, or warranty. We are not responsible for damages or any loss caused from installation, removal or use of this merchandise. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee that is the sole discretion of the seller. Parts other than those originally sold or which have been altered or damaged are not acceptable for return. It is up to the sole discretion of the seller as to the condition of the part for return. The buyer agrees to any inspection or method of inspection dictated by the Seller and agrees Seller has the right not to accept returned merchandise if in Seller's discretion, he believes condition of used merchandise has changed from date of sale. All returned checks will have a $25.00, Twenty Five Dollars and Zero Cents, service fee added to the check amount.

Claims for adjustment or return due to defective or improper parts installation must have prior approval by the Seller within 30, thirty, days of the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted in writing at the time of the sale.

All charge accounts are due and payable by the 10th of each month. Accounts past due for 30, thirty, days are subject to a 1.5% finance charge, 18% annual rate, which is applied to the account. Customer also agrees to pay any court, attorney, or collection fees associated with recovering the buyer's fees.

Standard Warranty

A standard 6-month “Part Only” warranty comes standard with any part except noted on the bill of sale or expressed in this warranty disclaimer. There is not “Labor” warranty of any kind provided by the Seller, unless otherwise expressed on bill of sale. Extended warranties are available and must be listed on bill at time of sale.

Freight/UPS charges

Seller is not responsible for any delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller's contract. All freight/UPS charges are non-refundable.

Deposits

Deposits are valid for 10 (ten) days from date of invoice and are non-refundable.

Cores

Core deposits are valid for 15 (fifteen days) after invoice date. Core items must be accompanied by original sales invoice and must be in same condition as part that was originally sold. When applicable all cores must be drained of any fluids, oils, and lubricants.

Engines

Stated warranty is void on engines and cylinder heads if heat tabs are melted or missing. Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, excessive smoking, or failure by any internally lubricated part within the stated duration of the warranty. Engine accessories such as, but not limited to water pumps, timing components, gaskets, etc. are not guaranteed. There is no reimbursement for the labor to install or remove a defective engine. Furthermore any transportation costs of vehicles, that used parts were installed on, is not covered in any manner

Air Conditionig

There is no warranty expressed or implied on any air conditioning part.

Electrical Parts

Electrical parts such as starters, alternators, computers, radios, batteries, and other misc. electrical parts are guaranteed to work at time of sale. All sales are final on electrical items. Any reprogramming or reflashing fees assessed by part manufacturer is the sole discretion of the Buyer. Money will not be refunded on any electrical item.

Transmissions

Stated warranty is void on any automatic transmission if a new transmission cooler or new radiator is not installed and existing transmission cooler are not bypassed or removed.

Body Sections & Cuts

All body sections or cuts require a security deposit before the job is started. Once body section or cut has been removed the deposit and part is non-refundable in anyway.
